Electrically Adjustable Workstations

The electrically-adjustable workbench features a motor that can be controlled using an up/down button to adjust the worktop height between 700mm and 1100mm. The height can be easily read on an LED display. By enabling users of different physical sizes to adjust the work surface to a comfortable height, the electric adjustment workstation helps reduce the risk of repetitive motion injuries in daily work.

The workbench can store four different heights in its memory, which can be easily programmed using an LED control panel, making it a convenient option for frequent users. Additionally, the workbench has a loading capacity of up to 600kg, with UL and CE-approved components.

The entire workstation will be ESD-compliant when combined with the correct benchtop. A double ESD workbench can create separate columns for different working areas, which can help maximise the workspace and promote an ergonomic and collaborative environment. The workbench is constructed with structural steel frames and double-sided slots that allow for easy sharing of the worktop and accessories. The double-sided slots also make creating a dual workbench configuration easy using an upright frame.

The ergonomic design of the workbench enables users to easily adjust every accessory, allowing them to find a comfortable position even when working face-to-face with others of different body sizes. The workbench is suitable for laboratories, technical workspaces, and assembly, among other sensitive tasks requiring customised storage and features.
