Electrically Adjustable Workstations (POA)

Our Adjustable Workstations are engineered to deliver outstanding ergonomics, flexibility, and performance across laboratories, manufacturing, electronics assembly, and technical environments.

With multiple adjustment systems available — electric, manual crank, manual screw, and fixed-height static frames — DMD offers a workstation solution for every application and every budget.

All workstations are built on a rigid structural steel frame, available in multiple sizes, and can be paired with standard or ESD benchtops. Every unit is supplied flat packed as standard for easy transport and simple on-site assembly.

Adjustment Options Available

Electric Height Adjustable Frame (200kg or 600kg Load Rating)

Our premium ergonomic solution for high-performance environments.

• Height range: 725mm – 1070mm
• LED control panel with four programmable memory presets
• Available in 200kg or 600kg load capacities
• UL & CE approved motor components
• Ideal for sit–stand work, multi-user stations, and high-throughput environments

Manual Crank Height Adjustment (250kg Load Rating)

A cost-effective height-adjustable option without the need for power.

• Height range: 720mm – 1020mm
• Smooth hand-crank system (approx. 3mm lift per rotation)
• Static load rating: 250kg
• Perfect for work areas requiring adjustable height without electrical components
• Recommended for assembly, light technical work, and flexible workspaces

Manual Screw Adjustment (500kg Load Rating)

Robust and simple height adjustment with maximum stability.

• Height range: 670mm – 1120mm
• Manual screw mechanism for secure height positioning
• Static load rating: 500kg
• Ideal where height is changed occasionally but stability is critical
• Excellent for industrial assembly environments

Static Fixed-Height Workbench (500kg Load Rating)

The simplest and strongest configuration.

• Fixed working height: 760mm
• Static load rating: 500kg
• Best suited for single-height workflows, packing benches, and heavy tooling stations
